Contact details and correspondence when you reach us by phone, WhatsApp or email.
If you consent to analytics cookies: pages viewed, referral source, approximate location (country/city level), device and browser information.
How the forms work
The quote and enquiry forms do not send your details to a server. They compose a WhatsApp message from what you entered, and sending it is entirely your decision.
Once sent, the conversation takes place on WhatsApp and is subject to WhatsApp's own privacy terms.
Why we use it
To respond to your enquiry, prepare a quotation, run the order, delivery and installation process, and provide after-sales support.
To understand how the site is used and improve it (only if you have accepted analytics cookies).
Cookies
Beyond what the site needs to function, we use no cookies unless you accept analytics cookies.
Until you accept, Google Analytics does not run and no measurement cookie is written. Your choice is stored in your browser; clearing browser data resets it.

Google Analytics 4 (Google Ireland Limited) is used for analytics, with IP anonymisation enabled.
Conversations you start take place on WhatsApp (Meta) infrastructure.
Product images are served from the ikas content network.
Retention and security
Enquiry and contact details are kept for as long as needed to handle your request and for the periods required by applicable law, then deleted or anonymised.
Access is limited to the team handling your enquiry.
