KVKK Notice
This notice is provided under Article 10 of Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (KVKK), which governs the processing of personal data in Türkiye.

Usage data: page views and device information, if you consent to analytics cookies.

Answering your product and price enquiries, preparing quotations and contacting you.
Running the sales, delivery, installation and after-sales support processes.
Meeting legal obligations and following up requests or complaints.
Collection method and legal grounds
Data is collected through the WhatsApp message composed by the site's forms, phone calls, email and your showroom visit, by wholly or partly automated means.
The legal grounds are: direct relevance to the conclusion or performance of a contract (Art. 5/2-c), compliance with a legal obligation (Art. 5/2-ç), and legitimate interest (Art. 5/2-f). Analytics cookies rely on your explicit consent (Art. 5/1).
Transfers
Data may be shared with the communication and analytics providers we use, to the extent necessary. Analytics uses Google Analytics 4, which may involve a transfer abroad; this happens only with your explicit consent.
Disclosures may be made to authorised public bodies where legislation requires it.
Your rights under Article 11
To learn whether your data is processed and to request information about it.
To learn the purpose of processing and whether the data is used accordingly, and to know the third parties to whom it is transferred at home or abroad.
To request correction of incomplete or inaccurate data, or its erasure or destruction where the conditions are met, and to have these actions notified to third parties.
To object to a result against you arising from analysis solely by automated systems.
To claim compensation for damage arising from unlawful processing.
Making a request
Requests may be sent by email to [email protected] or in writing to Küçükesat, Libya St No 66/A, 06660 Çankaya / Ankara, in line with the Communiqué on Application Procedures to Data Controllers.
Requests are answered as soon as possible and within thirty days at the latest.
